Laundromat FAQ
The Laundry Wizard is open from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. and the last wash is at 9:00 p.m.
Our laundromat uses the Laundroworks card to start the machines.
Our laundromat is fully attended so there is always someone on hand if you have any questions.
All of our machines are equipped with Ozone to give your laundry the ultimate clean. We also have the largest washing machines in the area.
Yes, we do! We have 60, 80, and even 135 pound washers!
Wash and Fold Questions
You can drop off your clothes with us any time between 7:00 a.m. and 10 p.m.
Our minimum for wash and fold is $25.
Your clean laundry will be ready for pick up in 24 hours. If you need your clothes back the same day, there is an additional charge and they must be dropped off by noon.
We use only premium brand products for our wash and fold services.
We added an expensive Ozone Water System to our laundromat. It also sanitizes the washing machine that your clothes will be washed in. Plus, your clothes will be cleaner and softer with Ozone. This sanitation system is used in hospitals.
Pickup and Delivery Questions
If you know that you would like regular laundry pickup service, you can sign up for weekly or biweekly service. This service will be $2.25 a pound. If you want one-time service or sporadic service without any commitment of future orders, it is $2.50 a pound.
You do not. Just let us know what secure location you are leaving your laundry when you place your order so our driver knows where to find it.
The first five items we will hang up for free. If you request more items then that it is $0.10 a hanger.
Your clean laundry will be returned to you in 48 hours.
